Flieger: Щас буду расказывать... Пфальц Е-2 создан на базе Е-1 который был создан в свою очередь на базе А-1.Вооружен 1 синхропулеметом. Двигатель Оберурсель(?) Использовался на македонском росийском и др. второстепенных фронтах В основном они несли охрану юго западных границ фатерлянда. Оставался в тени Фоккера Е1- Е3

Stagger: n/a Gap: n/a Performance: @ 6500ft: @10000ft: 93 mph. 84 mph. Ceiling: 12,700 ft. Armament: single synchronized Spandau gun mounted on cowling. The Pfalz works had been founded in 1913 and financed by the Bavarian Government in an endeavour to ensure some control of the equipment its flying services would use. The Pfalz monoplane was a shoulder-wing, slightly modified, licence-built Morane-Saulnier type 'H' with a rotary engine. Due to their great similarity to the Fokker monoplanes, the Pfalz automatically became 'Fokkers' to their Allied opponents, indeed it was only through the shape of the steering surfaces that the types could be positively identified, they differed little in size and weight. In contrast the Pfalz differed considerably structurally from the Fokker product, as it had a completely wooden airframe instead of the welded steel-tube of the Fokker. An unusual feature in the finish of the Pfalz monplanes was the painting of the national insignia on all four elevator surfaces in addition ot the usual locations. Performance was said to be on a par with the E types and in like vein they were soon eclipsed by the biplanes coming into service.
